Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a temporary Supporter Income Manager.

This is role is focused on continuity during a transitional period, ensuring smooth running of supporter income processes, including direct debits, donations and Gift Aid, while ensuring the team remains supported and productive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fundraising manager to make a meaningful and immediate impact at a well established organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all supporter income processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage Direct Debit administration, including setup, amendments, collections, and reconciliations.
• Oversee Gift Aid claims and ensure adherence to HMRC requirements.
• Produce and maintain accurate income reports and financial records.
• Manage, support, and develop two direct reports.
• Monitor team performance against agreed service standards and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support fundraising campaigns and operational projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert on supporter income processes and systems.

Key Requirements:

• Recent, relevant experience in a similar individual giving, fundraising, or supporter care role within the charitable or wider not-for-profit sector, including line management experience, and knowledge of CRM/database operations.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with the capability to work both independently and in a team.
