Salary: negotiable depending on skills and experience

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join a respected Planning Consultancy as part of their established London based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a verity of exciting projects within the residential, commercial, retail and mixed use, education and leisure sectors.

Qualifications and Experience:

For this position applications are sought from candidates who have a relevant RTPI accredited degree, have achieved Chartered Town Planner status and have previous town planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.

Duties:

• Preparing planning appraisals for land and buildings
• Preparing planning applications and planning statements
• Writing reports and making recommendations
• Liaising with clients and planning officers
• Undertaking research and analysis
• Mentoring junior members of the team
