2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer - HYBRID WORKING

We are looking for an experienced Technical Engineer to join a small, highly respected managed services team. This is a varied technical role combining third-line support, project delivery and regular client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Third-line support, escalations and complex troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online support and configuration
• Microsoft Intune deployment and endpoint management
• Conditional Access and Microsoft 365 security
• Domain, DNS, email security and routing
• Windows endpoint troubleshooting
• Network, firewall and Wi-Fi support
• Network equipment deployment and patching
• Backup deployment and management
• Client site visits, office moves and infrastructure projects
• Video conferencing setup and support
• Vendor and third-party supplier liaison

About You

• 4+ years' commercial IT experience
• Current or recent experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online
• Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, DNS and office networking
• Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Able to commute easily into Central London
