We're seeking a Team Leader - Branch Administration to join our Network Rail team in Dartford, supporting the Office Manager in leading a dedicated administration team and ensuring the smooth delivery of support services across the branch.

This is a people-focused role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the team, supporting employee development and wellbeing, driving performance, and ensuring excellent service standards are delivered to colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in keeping the operation running efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Administration Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Champion Health & Safety and always follow company policies and procedures.
• Support efficient service delivery while being mindful of costs and business performance.
• Provide excellent customer service through proactive communication and relationship building.
• Support team development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use company systems effectively to deliver services on time and maintain operational standards.

Administration Team Leader Requirements:

• Previous experience leading or supporting an administration team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service focus with experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to support targets and business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
