Personal Care Learning Support Assistant - SEN LearnersLocation: West LondonSalary: 18-23/hr (depending on role & experience)Contract: Term Time Only/Fixed TermMake a Real Difference Every DayWe are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and professional Personal Care Learning Support Assistants to support learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This rewarding role involves providing both educational and personal care support to help learners access their education, develop independence, and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to learners with SEND.
• Assist learners with personal care needs, including toileting, changing, feeding, and mobility support where required.
• Support learners in the classroom, during breaks, and on educational visits.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver individual learning and care plans.
• Assist with behaviour support strategies and emotional regulation where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.

What We're Looking For

• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND and personal care needs is desirable.
• Ability to build positive relationships with learners, families, and colleagues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting learner welfare.
• Relevant qualifications in education, care, health, or support work are beneficial but not essential.
