Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with dispatch and goods-out experience? We are currently recruiting for a Dispatch / Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing company based in Harlow.

This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate, offering stable hours and the chance to join a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Using warehouse management systems via PC and PDA scanners.
• Processing shipments through external courier shipping systems.
• Managing dispatch and goods-out activities.
• Ensuring products are correctly labelled and packaged for shipment.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory movements.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience within a dispatch, goods-out, or warehouse environment.

Confident using PCs, warehouse management systems, and PDA scanners.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Organised, reliable, and proactive approach to work.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
