Rate: £22.00 - £24.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a busy property maintenance team working across domestic properties in the Milton Keynes area.This is an ongoing contract offering consistent work, competitive hourly rates, and the opportunity to work with an established maintenance contractor.

Duties Include:

• Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Bathroom and kitchen maintenance work
• Reactive and planned maintenance tasks
• Completing basic multi-trade repairs where required
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing maintenance
• Experience working within occupied properties desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
