CNC Programmer & Operator - High-End Joinery

Sittingbourne, Kent Full-time On-site 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri, hours TBC)

We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer & Operator to support the manufacture of high-end bespoke joinery and cabinetry. You'll be responsible for producing accurate, quality CNC output from drawings through to machined components. You will play a key part in ensuring CNC output meets the precision and quality standards required at the top end of the market.

• Program and operate CNC machinery (Biesse, Homag, Holzher)
• Create programs from technical drawings and DXF/CAD files; set tooling/jigs for each job
• Optimise cutting programs to improve efficiency and minimise waste
• Inspect machined parts to drawings/cutting lists; troubleshoot issues quickly
• Maintain machines and a clean, safe working area
• Essential: 5+ years' CNC programming/operating in joinery or furniture; CAD/CAM proficiency; strong understanding of feeds/speeds/tooling/material behaviour
• Desirable: SolidWorks/SWOOD; experience across multiple machine platforms; high-end residential/commercial/hospitality joinery background
• Selection: paid half-day practical assessment (programming + operating from supplied drawings)
