Director of Development & Partnerships

We're looking for an exceptional relationship-builder to lead the growth of our major donor and church partnerships. This is an opportunity to establish new relationships, inspire significant support and help more children and families thrive.

As Director of Development & Partnerships, you will develop significant new relationships and income for Stand by Me, with a particular focus on major donors and churches. This is a new and highly outward-facing role, offering considerable scope to grow support from these important audiences.

You will have the support of colleagues across the organisation, but this is a highly hands-on position. You will personally identify opportunities, build meaningful relationships and confidently invite people to invest in transforming children's lives.

You'll be equally comfortable meeting a prospective major donor over coffee, speaking with a church leader about partnership, or creating opportunities for others within the organisation to share our work. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising and leadership, you will play a key role in expanding our network of supporters and partners, increasing income so that more children can become who they are created to be.
