Team Assistant

My client are seeking an experienced Team Assistant with strong organisational skills and a stable work history to join their small, friendly & busy team on a permanent basis.

Duties include:

• assist in the production of: letters to project team, weekly / monthly / adhoc reports, fee proposals, case studies for external issue, and other outputs (through word, excel, powerpoint, adobe)
• update / maintaining schedules and spreadsheets
• arrange project meetings both internally and externally
• liaise with clients and wider external teams both written and verbally
• manage travel, accommodation, meetings, venues etc
• take telephone calls in a professional manner and redirect calls or take messages where necessary
• provide a professional reception meet and greet service for visitors
• comply with the company's Integrated Systems procedures
• carry out general office duties as required
• marketing support
• assist in compilation of news items / blogs / updates
• update and coordinate website / social media (LinkedIn) with news and other items
